Exolutis Flooring (“Exolutis,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us or book a project, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact and project details you give us — name, email, phone, service address, and information about your project — when you request an estimate or send a message.
• Booking and billing information when you reserve a project online — your name, contact details, and billing address. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure and functioning (including rate-limiting to prevent abuse of our booking form).

How we use your information

• To measure, quote, schedule, and complete your flooring project;
• To process deposits and payments and administer any payment plan you choose;
• To communicate with you about estimates, scheduling, and your project;
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to prevent fraud or abuse.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Square. When you pay, your card information is transmitted directly to Square under their security and privacy practices; we receive confirmation and limited transaction details but not your full card number. Square’s handling of your data is governed by Square’s own privacy policy.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as our payment processor (Square) and email or hosting providers — and only as needed to deliver our services, or where required by law. Any suppliers or crew involved in your project receive only what they need to do the work.

Data retention

We keep project and transaction records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and warranty obligations, after which we delete or anonymize them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including transport encryption (HTTPS) and keeping card data with our PCI-compliant processor rather than on our own systems. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you share.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must retain by law. To make a request, contact us using the details below. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.

Children

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
