Concrete finishes that turn slab into surface

Polished, sealed, and epoxy-coated concrete for basements, garages, and modern living spaces — durable, low-maintenance, and genuinely good-looking.

Polished concrete floor with a soft sheen
Overview

The floor you already own, made into a feature

The slab under your basement or garage is already there — finishing it is often the most cost-effective floor in the house, and the most durable. Polished concrete shrugs off traffic, moisture, and dropped tools in a way no other surface matches.

We polish and seal concrete for a soft, modern sheen in living spaces, and install epoxy systems in garages and utility areas where chemical and abrasion resistance matter. Both start with honest prep: grinding the surface flat, repairing cracks, and addressing moisture so the finish actually bonds and lasts.

The result is a floor that’s essentially maintenance-free — no grout to scrub, no planks to replace, just an occasional clean.

Questions

Good to know

Is my slab a good candidate?
Most are. Sound concrete polishes and seals beautifully; problem slabs with heavy cracking or moisture need repair or mitigation first, which we assess honestly at the measure so there are no surprises.
Polished concrete or epoxy?
Polished concrete suits living spaces and basements — a softer, architectural look. Epoxy is the pick for garages and workshops where you want maximum chemical and abrasion resistance. We’ll recommend based on the room.
Is it cold or hard?
Concrete is firm and can be cool — which is exactly why it pairs so well with radiant heat and area rugs. In a basement it’s often warmer and drier than the alternatives.
How long does it take?
Most finishes are a multi-day process including grinding, coating, and cure time. We give you a real schedule with the written quote. There’s a $1,000 project minimum.
