How does your pricing work?
We publish per-square-foot rates for each material — for example hardwood from $7.50/sq ft, tile from $8.50/sq ft, luxury vinyl from $4.75/sq ft — each with a project minimum. Those rates cover installed labor; materials and any prep are itemized on a written estimate after a free measure. The number we quote is the number you pay.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Every project starts with a free, no-obligation in-home measure. We measure the space, talk through materials, and give you a written quote — there’s no charge and no pressure to book.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Denver and install across Denver & the Colorado Front Range — homes, condos, and light-commercial spaces. If you’re near the edge of the metro,
ask us and we’ll tell you honestly.
What can I book online versus getting a quote?
Fixed-scope packages (like Room Refresh at $1,495) and bathroom tile projects (showers from $3,500, backsplashes from $950) have starting prices you can book online with a deposit. Per-square-foot floor jobs vary too much to price without measuring, so those start with a free quote.
When is my card charged?
For online bookings your card is authorized at checkout, not charged. We capture the deposit only once your project is measured, confirmed, and scheduled. Payments are processed securely by Square, and the amount you paid appears on your card statement.
Can I split the cost into payments?
Yes. Bookable packages and tile projects can be reserved with a deposit — Room Refresh $400, Premium Hardwood Renewal $600, Walk-in Shower $800, Bathroom & Whole-Home $1,100, among others — with the remaining balance split evenly over 2, 3, 4, or 5 weekly card payments, charged automatically starting a week after booking. You can also simply pay in full.
How do the automatic weekly payments work?
With the consent you give at checkout, your card is securely saved with Square and each weekly installment is charged on schedule. If a charge fails we retry after a few days, then reach out by email. Refunds follow our
Refund & Cancellation Policy on amounts actually paid.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (which can use the weekly payment plan), Apple Pay, and bank transfer (ACH). Apple Pay and bank payments are pay-in-full; the weekly plan requires a credit or debit card.
Do I need to remove my old floor first?
No — we handle removal and haul-away as part of the project. Removal is priced by how the old floor was installed ($1.50–$4.50/sq ft), and it’s usually bundled into your new-floor quote so you see one clear total.
What about subfloor problems?
We check the subfloor at the measure and quote likely prep up front. If we find a problem once the old floor is up, we talk to you before doing anything beyond the estimate — never silent add-ons.
How long will my floor take?
It depends on the material and size — a single room of vinyl can be a day, a whole-home hardwood refinish a few days including dry time, and a tiled shower several days for proper waterproofing and cure. Your written quote includes a real schedule.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes — our installation workmanship is backed as described in our
Terms of Service, and manufacturer warranties cover the materials themselves. We’ll walk you through both before you book.
